IP Protection Law
Mike Northern Legal was set up with the protection of IP Rights very much in mind.

Mike has also represented clients in all levels of the appeal process, including the House of Lords case of R-v-Johnstone on s92 Trade Marks Act 1994. Mike often liaises with enforcement bodies on behalf of IP clients.
